Told me to prioritise sleep. But me making that change and actually moving to a different shift, and also making it something I wanted to work on has been great!
Usually I think about the view. Either in the bush at the Blue Mountains or along Botany Bay are my favourite long run locations. Always something to look at. And I listen to podcasts. Stuff I'm familiar with so it's not too taxing.
Genius. I am coming to a realisation the more we distract the brain the easier the run itself feels. There is something about the psychology of it all I reckon. A good view always helps I find :D
How did your coach help you sleep better?
And is there anything ChatGPT can’t do! lol. Even used it today to do some CBT on me and felt great!

Definitely. Brain uses so much energy. Don't bother it on the run thinking about running.
I don't do long runs hahaha :p or more, 5km is my "long" run, and I'm often willing to just keep running until I get to the finish line.
Where there is a will there is a Clare. I love it, and 5km is still hard! :D
