Thanks for jogging my memory. I've gotta go get a clearance from the skin doctor before I can donate again. Mere formality but I keep putting it off.

Oh and I'm pumped for C2S. Dunno if I'll get there but targeting 75 minutes.

I think you might need to readjust your goals, but that's okay. What's the time cutoff for the 100? Can you get by with slow jogging and walking?

Can you do more walking in your training than running? You might be able to get km's in your legs by walking? Running might have too much intensity right now.

You ran 2km, that is something to be celebrated :D. I know it's not what you wanted but it sounds like your expectations of yourself right now might be too high. Lower the goal post for a bit, set achievable goals.

Being injured is frustrating AF but you'll learn so much about yourself too :). Keep on keeping on and vent whenever you need to :)
